Placing a mi adidas Order

You can create and order custom mi adidas products online at adidas.com 24 hours a day. Most orders will arrive in about 3-4 weeks from the date of order. Note that because each mi adidas product is created for you, you will be charged at the time your order is accepted.

Once you've placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this time you can view your most recent order on adidas.com/My Account. Access your full Order History by clicking on My Account and entering your username and password. Please note that due to site improvements, saved designs and previous order recipes made prior to September 2012 will not be viewable. mi adidas Customer Service can retrieve that information for you, if needed.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

We are sorry, but we cannot cancel or make changes to your order for custom mi adidas product, even if it hasn't shipped yet. After you've clicked "Send My Order", your order begins to process, and once your order for custom mi adidas product is verified and accepted your credit card is charged.

Occasionally, orders are cancelled by our system due to reasons including products becoming unavailable, problems occuring while processing your payment information, or we can not ship to the address provided. If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. At that time you can contact Customer Service to resolve the problem. Your account will be credited for cancelled products and any related shipping charges.

Color and Viewing Products Online

Please note that all computer monitors have different color settings and this can affect how the colors of products appear on the screen. The colors in the mi adidas design process may appear differently on the web than the merchandise you receive. If you have further questions, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives.

Sizing

Please choose your size carefully, as mi adidas product cannot be returned because of size or fit. See our Return Policy for more details.

Redeeming Promotional or Discount Codes

When ordering an item, you may have a promotion or discount code to apply that affects the total amount of payment due. Follow these steps for redeeming a Promotion or Discount Code:

Gift Card Redemption

adidas gift cards can now be used on custom mi adidas product!

When you are ready to checkout, click "Shopping Cart". Proceed through the checkout. You can enter your 19-digit Gift Card Code and PIN number on the Payment page, and click "Apply". Your PIN number is located under a silver covering on the back of the card, which must be rubbed off to reveal the number. If you have more than one Gift Card, simply enter each code and click "Apply" after each one. You may apply up to five Gift Cards towards a single order.
