Products purchased on adidas.com have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you purchased an item on adidas.com that you believe is defective, please refer to our Return Policy for information about returning your order.

If you have an adidas product that was purchased from another retailer within the last 2 years and the original retailer was unable to assist, you may be eligible for a manufacturing inspection. Please call Consumer Relations at 1-800-448-1796 Monday thru Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST to set up a Return Authorization. Please make sure that you have the Article Number of the product available when calling, which can often be found on the side-seam tag of apparel items and under the tongue of footwear.

Donation and Sponsorship Information

All requests for corporate donations and sponsorship must be submitted in writing.

Requests for charitable contributions or donations to individuals or non-profit organizations may be 1-10 pages in length and should include any recent articles or brochures about your charity. Please send your request to:

adidas adiWEAR 6 Six-Month Outsole Guarantee

This limited guarantee covers a Barricade 6 or Barricade 7 replacement shoe if the outsole wears out within six months of the date of purchase. adidas rserves the right in its sole discretion to determine whether the outsole is worn out. Shoes that are not used properly or are intentionally or negligently damaged will not be replaced. This offer is good for only one replacement pair per purchase. Team purchases and the Barricade Team shoe are not eligible for this replacement guarantee.

To submit a claim for shoe replacement, send your worn shoes with the guarantee card and your original, legible receipt with a cashiers check, money order or personal check made out to 'adidas' for $13.25 per pair to cover return shipping to:
