This show is a great shoe, the top of my foot where the laces runs gets a little uncomfortable hut it's bearable. The other issue is that it's slightly narrow but is unnoticeable due to the great materials they use to make the shoe. Overall great shoe, comfy souls and looks sweet like the Yeezys. Great purchase.
I just received these shoes not to long ago and I tried them on and they look cool and there comfortable but there are some black marks on them from when they were made and I can see some glue on the shoes. In my opinion if somebody is spending their money on one hundred and eighty dollar shoes then the maker of the shoes better make them near perfect for them to be worth that much money. So I'm going to send them back and try to get a better pair and if there worse or the same I will just get my money back.
a different material to the many pairs of snakeskin shelltoes I have bought over the years. Its a much softer fabric with a painted snakeskin effect. wasn't sure at first but I like them, and the softness makes them good everyday shoes
Nice looking trainer arrived on time and was a good fit but my sporty son only wore it a few times and the thin fabric upper started to develop a hole. Rather disappointed that the material was not strong enough to withstand greater wear and tear.
If you haven't bought them and are thinking of buying them . . . BUY THEM. I bought them for work, and there comfortable to walk in all day. Not to mention that these got compliments for appearing to have Marvel superheroes in the 3 stripes when looked from a distance. They're fashionable, durable and comfortable period.
Really in love with the design and color scheme. These are really comfortable and have a certain mystique because it looks great for casual or for running purposes. I am starting to dig the boost technology. Hire me Adidas? Would love to work at adidas
My son started wearing these in early April 2015 and has averaged running about 25 to 30 miles a week since then. After six months the tread wear is pretty even but it is time to replace them. The continental tread is pretty tough and no issues with the upper portion. He races in spikes though. My brother-in-law who is a college cross country coach recommends getting two pairs of training shoes to alternate. Pretty expensive when I have 4 boys and 2 are already involved in XC. However, injuries could prove more expensive.
I use them to referee soccer games. I have used them on wet & dry field turf, also on dry grass. If you are looking for a minimalist upper with a flexible sole, these are great. They are cushy when up on your toes sprinting and cushy for heel strikes. I've put about 60 miles on them with no discernible wear and less knee pain then my previous Nike shoes. Would love to see the "boost" used in a Samba-like shoe to play soccer in.
I PLAY WIDE RECIEVER, AND THESE CLEATS ARE GREAT, GREAT TRACTION TO MAKE QUICK CUTS AND CHANGE DIRECTION EASILY. HOW EVER AFTER READING ALL OF THESE REVIEWS ON THE CLEAT PULLING OFF, I NOTICED ON MY PAIR AND A TEAMMATES PAIR THAT THE CLEAT IN FACT IS PULLING AWAY FROM THE CLEAT. IF YOU CAN DEAL WITH THAT IT'S A PRETTY GOOD CLEAT, MIND YOU IVE ONLY USED THEM THREE TIMES THIS SEASON.
The shoes are great they fit perfectly and the style is flawless. I don't like how on my right shoe i can be standing, and no matter how I tie, adjust of modify my foot in the shoe, my foot always shifts and it becomes a bit uncomfortable. but other than that, it is a pretty amazing shoe. Great feel and resistance
This sneaker is so versatile and unique. I have to agree that it runs 1/2 bigger. I usually wear a size 9, but I ordered a size 8.5 and it fits beautifully. Shipping was so quick! I am truly satisfied with my order. I recommend these kicks to anyone.
Runners' World got it right when they named the Supernova Glide Boost 6 as editors pick last year!! The Glide 7 just continues the tradition!! Great shoe of all my workouts, including long runs, tempo sessions and hill reps! Mile after mile, they just keeps propelling my feet forward!!
My second time to wear an adi shoe. Well I have to say it has great traction. Also boots is Awesome. However, the forefoot is extremely terrible. No adiprene+. No response. No cushion. I don't suggest big guys choose this one.
i love the way this shoes look. its comfortable. Like everyone said it does run larger, i bought it in store so i have the chance to try on different sizes. Just as a comparison i have adidas superstar size 8.5, for this tubular i bought size 7. I know it sounds crazy 1.5 sizes down, but trust me i'm wearing it right now.
Great pair of trainers. As someone who has flat feet I have been buying the supernova sequence for years as they are the best shoes at supporting my almost non existent arches. Although these seem to be harder at first, when you start wearing them in there is a definite boost to the spring in your step and they are very comfortable trainers. Highly recommended.
I have a couple of adidas tubulars already and the fit is always perfect. These are the first knit ones and they don't disappoint. Comfy to wear and walk it. The tubular collection is one of the best around
Definitely a fan of these, fit is great for me, perhaps a tiny bit close over the top of my toes but otherwise good. Not sure why adidas releases two different knit versions ('knit' and 'primeknit' being completely different shoes), seems unnecessary. Like the round laces a lot in these so much prefer Primeknit over knit.
Comfortable sneaker, however after owning them for appropriately 2 months now, I have noticed that my right foot has become a little more sore than usual. However, when I rock a different basketball pair the minor pain isn't present afterwards. Keep in mind I am an active athlete when it comes to local basketball leagues. I also play basketball at open gyms 3-5 days a week for 2+ hours. I think this shoe is better as a lifestyle shoe, however if you purchase a pair primarily for basketball, select the crazy light boost 2015. Adidas is STILL my #1 brand though!
I usually wear other brands and recently, I have been appreciating the models from Adidas this year like the tubular and espically the pure boost 2. I love this shoe for casual wear and I constantly get compliments on these. Let's start off with the cushioning. The boost midsole is very soft and shock absorbent yet still retains its shape throughout every step. There is no insole so you are on top of the boost with opened areas or pods of boosting in the heel and midfoot. I wish the pure boost 3 would have opened areas or pods in the forefoot. Next is the upper, durability, and outsole. The outsole is a soft rubber yet I do not see any signs of damage. The boost is soft but fairly durable, I would just be cautious with it. I have worn these four times a week for a month and I see no damage, except for stains. Buy a bleaching pen and bleach the stains on the boost in order to keep them nice and clean for a year. The upper is soft and harder in the heel or added support. The toecap of the pure boost one was removed, which is kind of disappointing. All in all, it's more comfortable than a roshe, which is amazing. It will hold up for a year and you'll love this product!
This show is very nice all around. It has good grip and good material for breathablilty. The one thing I would change is the half connected tongue to the shoe. I do not know what purpose it serves and it gets in the way when you try to tie the shoe. I think it's not necessary and is stupid. In the future I would recommend going with a detached tongue like a normal shoe. It looks better. It doesn't get in the way of laces. The half connected tongue is quiet pointless.
Very bouncy and comfortable on the feet. I have problems with my left foot and numbness. However, my left foot felt pretty good in these shoes wile running an 8 km run. I usually start feel some pain after 4 km but I am able to run the whole 8 km without pain.
A big fan of how the shoe looks and it gets its fair share of compliments (I wear it casually). It's super light, provides fairly good support, and the mesh cover definitely keeps things cool. A few critiques: The insole moving around is a problem for the first few days but it settles in. A week later, not a problem when putting it on but the insole does still pop when taking the shoe off. I've also found that the lower edge of the shoe (white and red) picks up scuffs pretty easy. They wipe off but kind of annoying. None of this would scare me away from purchasing again.
I've worn these shoes for close to a month. I love the touch of the new upper surface and the extra studs on the bottom of the soles. However the heel is very unconformable to me and leaves me with the most painful blisters on both of my ankles. The shoes were ever so slightly not long enough for my foot and I lost a half of toe nail on my right foot due to the fit. I had to send them back. I look forward to the next design.
This shoe is a must in your sneaker rotation. A real eye catcher and the comfort is very amazing. Would not recommend for any sport other than to walk in. Size down at least a 1/2 a size. Can't wait to see other future releases in other colors. If you was not able to pick up the Yeezy 350 Boost this is at least the next best thing and personally think it's a nicer looking shoe.
These are amazing. Imagine Kanye's new Yeezy kicks, only at an affordable price and in better colours. Only issue I have is a small one where the laces can hurt if too tight. Maybe add extra padding on future variations? Other than that, on of the best shoe purchases I've made yet.
