I bought a pair of these Gazelles at the end of last year, and they have been my favourite pair since then. They're comfortable, stylish and the adidas label gives them a great brand since then. When I opened the box, the suede was in pristine condition, bright as a summer's day. The only problem with these is the rate at which the colour in the material fades. I wore them probably 5 times a week and I noticed the colour draining within a couple of months. After wearing them for about 6 months, the suede had become discoloured and they didn't have the same look to them. The grain on the outsole had become eternally dirty, and no-matter how much I clean them, they stay that way. I tried using some suede dye on the material, and that improved the washed colour somewhat, but it faded again after a month or two. Don't let the quick wear dissuade you however, they are still as comfortable as ever and I still love wearing them. If you have the patience to protect and clean these regularly, they're probably the best shoes on the market.
I wanted something with emphatic looks, and practical for icy and snowy weather. The sole should provide the grip I need in icy conditions. White against a dark blue background provides a strong presence.
I was thinking about getting a pair of stylish sneaker for a while but really could not make the decision until I saw this one on the website. I love the simplicity style and the shoes turned out matching perfect with different looks no matter I wear coat or sports jacket. The only thing I feel regret about is the size...just too big. Would be better if I purchased the smaller size.
Purchased for use this winter, although the snow hasn't rolled in heavily yet. Size was bang on for me. Fairly light weight with a nice grippy sole and easy to slide on. My only concern would be the warmth factor as temperatures start to fall, but overall I am happy I bought these shoes.
Great pair of trainers - nice colour, has a slight metallic look to the material. The laces were a bit tight when I opened up the box but once they were undone, it fit quite nicely. They didn't have my size, but I've ordered another pair to get a smaller size.
I have been through converse and vans now for quite some years and i really wanted something different in that sort of trainer category!I seen this on the website and went to try on a pair in store just to see how they looked. I loved them! I purchased the rita ora collection style with the navy polka dots and gold stripe. They have arrived and i love them! So comfy, don;t need breaking in, look great with different outfit choices and they are leather so the white can wipe clean. I love them!
Bought these trainers for wearing with shorts on holiday. They are so light it's like walk around in your slippers. Comfy, classy and great all rounders. Also look great with jeans both smart and casual, great all rounders. Will definitely consider another pair in a different colour.
This marks the 32nd pair of Jeremy Scott high tops we have purchased. We are Adidas and Jeremy Scott Adidas obsessed. The Shark Fin ia a great shoe. The fit is excellent. Super quality as always with the Adidas Jeremy Scott label. The attention to detail makes every one of his creations a conversation piece but this shoe in particular is a show stopper. The turquoise colorway infused with rainbow glitter - AWESOME!
I just bought this pair of shoes while visiting in Australia this week and the gold makes the shoes so shining. I also learned that this is limited edition and I've received lots of compliments from my friends. This is the most beautiful Adidas shoes I've ever owned. Highly recommended to purchase and even collect.
these shoes belong safe in a beautiful display case they will have collectors chewing each others faces off just to get their hands on a pair in 5 years! definitely one of a kind with those 50s Cadillac Elderado inspired fins! 7/5 stars is the real rating for these! the blue is breathtaking in person
A great pair of trainers; fantastic colourway. One massive issue is the 30% unexplained price hike in the trainers soon after release on the site. Original selling price was £65 (check out previous review) - now £85. UK shops still retail trainers at £65. Customer Services declined to explain why. Massively disappointed in Adidas - profiteering? #damagetrust
I was so happy to finally get a pair of these, I got the polka dot ones with the gold stripe, adds a really unique but subtle touch! The polka dots are actually navy, so they are different than shown but I actually like it a lot better than white! I'm usually size 7-7.5, ended up going with a 6, and they fit perfectly, so definitely size at LEAST half size down.
I usually do not write reviews unless I feel compelled to praise something and honestly these shoes are incredible. I am thirty year old and been wearing adidas since I was a little kid and have always been a huge shoe buff. I have never owned the superstar style and definitely not the skate version so wasn't really sure what to expect. I was blown away with how nice they are. They are super well made, incredibly comfortable, and look killer. A lot of shoe companies will say they have this and that added for comfort but wasn't really expecting anything extraordinary. But these really are extraordinarily comfortable, the insole is so plush and soft. TL;DR These shoes are awesome.
Cannot fault how good the trainers adidas bring out! the product is comfy and overall a smart trainer. delivery was 3 days after purchasing, box was in good condition. overall brilliant product and the service and delivery was matched that aswell.
If you got Gazelles 2.0 like i did then there are a few differences from the shoes. Og gazelle's has a slimmer look and a lighter feel. I break danced in my gazelles 2.0 almost 2 days per a week and they were perfect. These og gazelle will last me a long time I feel and will give me the perfect break dancing experience. In my opinion the 2.0 were my fav. and better because the room the shoe gave and its sturdiness, but the og are good too. Definitely going to take care of these!
very good looking shoe, good quality materials, but the shoe fits VERY narrow and I went a half size up but should have went full size since I have very wide flat feet. They still fit but it's a bit snug and I prefer my shoes a bit loose. So yeah good shoe, very narrow.
These are great casual shoes. I got the pair in Running White/Burgundy. The shoe is more of an off-white color, which contrasts nicely with the white laces. The suede leather looks great and adds a nice texture! I particularly dig the burgundy detailing. I wish the sole was a little lighter (like a gum sole color) as the color is kind of dark, but shoe still looks great! I wear 9.5-10 and ordered a 10. It was a little snug on my feet and compressed the top of my foot until I loosened the laces. Took some time to break-in. Should've ordered a 10.5. I recommend ordering a full size up from your normal shoe size. Even though the shoe is narrow, the toe box runs a little long.
I bought the red Adidas Tubular X yesterday at Foot Locker and there so beautiful! Here is a list of personal pros and cons about these sneakers. PROS -They are Adidas, whats not to love about them! Adidas are just amazing. -They are high-tops, my favorite kind of sneakers. Very comfortable, smooth leather on the inside, due to the way the sneaker is made its easy to take off but wont fall of when you have them on. -These sneakers will not crease! Nothing I hate more than wearing shoes and they get an unattractive crease. You wont have to worry about that with these. - They are called sneakers but I consider them boots. When you put these on, you will feel as if your kicks are 5x stronger. There is a powerful presence about these shoes. - You will get good looks from other people, they are eye catchers. CONS -Not really a con, but it is a bit awkward on where to laces after you tie them.I tie my laces then I tuck them but these are different. You can put them behind the "X".
I love these. Just bought them to replace my Adidas Stella McCartney tennis shoes that fell apart after 2 weeks! I don't think they're too large, but maybe slightly wider than most sneakers (I have a very narrow foot). I like these so much that I'm getting another pair. A great all around walking shoe. Not overly supportive if that's what you need, but does have some arch support.
Most of my trainers are the classic silhouettes, city series, samba, campus, tobacco I cant seem to take to the ZX series however these are a good looking hybrid of the campus and the running type of trainers I don't usually buy. Probably the best combination of established Adidas trainers since the Copepan again by Kzk. Fit wise these are generous sizes, I could have probably got away with a 9.5. Quality wise a thorough inspection shows an improvement on glue work between the sole and upper that has let some recent Adidas shoes down
I had always fancied a pair of these trainers but could never find a colour way I liked enough to buy them,Until now. Thanks Adidas for a great colour choice. These shoes are very good.I can't recall ever buying a pair of shoes that felt so comfortable on first wear. They feel like 'old' favourites. No need to wear these 'in'.Very good quality uppers and soles, very neatly put together.Lightweight but robust. My only minor gripe would be the choice of tongue fitted to these shoes . . . Why use a firm foam tongue Adidas? Surely a better choice would've been a matching suede tongue or the perforated tongue used on many other models of trainers. When walking, the tongue squeaks as it rubs against the lining on the uppers. IMO,this is the only issue which stops these trainers from being classics. They are that close to perfection.
I liked the shoe from the pictures but they don't really do them justice. The suede is very good quality and is a lovely deep brown colour. i think they look great on. They fit much the same as other Spezials. For me, one of the best trainer issues of 2015. I would thoroughly recommend them.
Excellent looking trainer, love everthing about them except for one thing....that massive seam which digs into the top of your foot. I presume all have it but must only seem to bother a select few people. I felt the inside of some tubular runners and they have no such problem. Trying to think of ways to get round the seam digging in (anyone got any ideas?) But may have to sell if becomes more of an issue
...literally! I know Adidas has some strange sizing, but I am, without fail, ALWAYS a size 8 in running shoes. I've been an athlete all my life and through college, so I've worn every running shoe or cleat there is it seems, and always an 8. These were EASILY a half a size to a FULL size TOO BIG! Order a half a size down to be safe MINIMUM!
Ordered them Monday night and received them Thursday morning! I ordered them a size 6 which is what I usually wear but now I have to exchange them for a 5.5 or even a 5. Still worth it because they are beautiful.
