I work in the fitness industry and have always struggled to find a sports bra that does what it's supposed to. My chest is sort of heavy for my fit/thin frame, and nothing keeps the ladies in place (without the dreaded uniboob look). This bra comes *close* to being my favorite, thus far. I am 5'8" 130 lbs. I typically wear a 32C and that is what I bought. It runs true to size, I would say. Perhaps ever-so-slighty "small" if you don't like your bras to be compression-like tight, as I do, especially for running. But If you have a toned back, you should be fine with your normal size. If you're weary of bra bulge/back fat... or if your back is not your favorite feature, maybe size up on the band. As someone recommended to me long ago, ALWAYS BUY YOUR BRAS SO THEY FIT TIGHTLY ON THE LAST (3rd) SET OF HOOKS. Elastic is known to stretch out over time, therefore... when the bra *especially a sports bra* begins to "break-in" and stretch out with wear, movement, washing, drying, abrasion, and well... generally bending and breathing.. it will continue to fit as it should, even if this means you need to move to the 2nd or 1st hooks to keep it fitting snug to your ribcage. But... to each their own. Anyway, this bra fits that way which is AWESOME! If you're buying your bras how you should be and wearing the "right" size to begin with (as many women do not) it will be tight at first... but wear it around and it will conform to your body with time, I promise. In the long (distance) run, it's worth it! My only complaint is that I would prefer the front to not have a princess seam (like the same style but in the D/DD sizes, for example) This would allow the bra to be more versatile and lay better (flatter) under tight fitness apparel. Also it would give your bust a slightly more "rounded" look. But all and all, I can't complain. I may try to order the a 32 or 34 in the D cup style and see if this fits me as well... sometimes I can go either way (32/34/C/D) and each size gives me a different "look". The D cup style appears to offer a little more fabric and coverage, and would be better for layering vs. wearing alone. This 32 C gives me some cleavage, which I personally like. The padding is minimal, more like a lining cup, actually, which is nice... because I have piercings that elicit attention sometimes.. which I don't always like to advertise to the lovely people on the streets of NY. This nicely keeps things, covered and concealed without adding bulk to my bust. Another nice feature is the glue-dot like grips on the inside of the elastic band (the part that touches your skin). I'm not sure they really "do anything" so to speak... but I'm hoping once I start sweating they will reduce chafing and keep the bra in place. Hope this helps.
These shorts are comfortable and have the added benefit of coming with a liner. The one thing they need is side pockets; a single zip pocket isn't enough when you have to stop at the store on the way to or from a run.
I had to return the large I bought, since it was tight, but the XL fits great. Keep in mind I'm usually a large size, so if you're worried about anything fitting too trim, don't hesitate to order one size up. Also, the waist band is larger than I'm used to, which was only an issue when the waist ran too small. Now with my XL pair, they fit great, are a proper, regular length and bagginess (not too large like an XL underarmor would be). This really is how the Large size should be cut. If they had side pockets I'd buy more of them.
I wear a 34D or 32DD in other bras...imagine my surprise when after trying on multiple sizes I found the best fit in this bra to be a 36B! In addition to being supportive this bra is very good looking. In fact, I've started wearing it in the pool for swimming lessons with my kids. There is no cleavage/spillage/risk of showing too much - yet, I still look supported and sporty. I also wear this bra when exercising...I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor. My workouts are intense and high impact...this bra can withstand it all. PLEASE make it in more colors!!
Love the Squadra shorts for their fit and comfort (few seams and wicking!), but I had to skip the womens version to get a longer inseam. (A Mens size Medium fits about the same as a Womens size Large.) I don't play soccer anymore (retired from 13 years of indoor!), but I love these shorts for fitness classes and running. They never disappoint!
I had to replace my old pair of similar basketball shorts and these did the job nicely. Nice full length and made of quality materials. Whether lounging around the house or running up and down the court, these shorts are a classic must have.
I have been tried many pants for running and for working out in general but I love these pants. My belly size goes up and down throughout the year but most usually I have a little something extra. The large waistband on these pants gives me the room I need and I love the soft material. I bought gray but am definitely ordering two more in black. More workout/running pants should be made with the wider waistband. Trust me. If you have a little bit of a belly, you'll love these pants.
Awesome workout tight. Love the wider band around the stomach area and the support in the butt. A little baggy in thigh area but think I got the wrong size. Make sure you use the size chart to get the right size. Overall - LOVE THEM
I found the bra hard to get on as the clasp in the back is hard to do by yourself once the bra is on. I kept the clasp secured & put the bra on that way. Was harder to adjust, but once the straps were loosened a little, the bra was a great fit.
I'm usually an XS but I always buy my shirts a size bigger so I can truly feel comfortable whenever, I'm training but this shirt was definitely huge on me. (Adidas is made big. Stay true to your size.)
I got these to diversify my soccer attire (already have several of the other styles). These and the squadras are my favorite. Sometimes I have a little bit of an issue with riding up on inner thigh, but I have large thighs relative to my proportions (5'7", 160lbs, 30-31 waist, small in these).
This was my first pair of Triple Up 2.0 Shorts. I like Adidas shorts, specifically I'm a big fan of the No Look shorts, but since they appear to be discontinuing them, I figured I ought to give these a try. I like them a lot. I'm 5'10" 165 lbs so naturally a Large would be fine in most cases. However, I get my workout/running/lounging shorts in an XL because I have a thicker thigh, plus the shorts shrink a little in length so they don't look ridiculous. I'm very happy with my purchase and I will definitely be getting more of these in the future.
I bought a pair of these to use at the gym, both for playing basketball and also HIIT on the treadmill. These shorts are very comfortable, highly recommend. The best part of these are, just like my older models, they are very well built and withstand many, many cycles in the washer dryer without coming apart. Well done again Adidas!
Absolutely the best pair of shorts that I have found in my opinion that Adidas had to offer this year. The fit was right on and the feel is amazing. Shipping was extremely fast and the customer service was excellent. I look forward to next years Triple Up 2.0 maybe with a new design on the side and the brand name Adidas on the lower leg embroidered to insure that it does not fade away over time.
Amazing bra. I do kickboxing and this bra didn't disappoint me in support and keep everything in place. Very easy to put on and super comfortable to wear while I worked out. I ended up getting 2 more :)
