Energy Bra A, B, and C Cup Overall, Awesome... some minor adjustments.
April 09 2014

I work in the fitness industry and have always struggled to find a sports bra that does what it's supposed to. My chest is sort of heavy for my fit/thin frame, and nothing keeps the ladies in place (without the dreaded uniboob look). This bra comes *close* to being my favorite, thus far. I am 5'8" 130 lbs. I typically wear a 32C and that is what I bought. It runs true to size, I would say. Perhaps ever-so-slighty "small" if you don't like your bras to be compression-like tight, as I do, especially for running. But If you have a toned back, you should be fine with your normal size. If you're weary of bra bulge/back fat... or if your back is not your favorite feature, maybe size up on the band. As someone recommended to me long ago, ALWAYS BUY YOUR BRAS SO THEY FIT TIGHTLY ON THE LAST (3rd) SET OF HOOKS. Elastic is known to stretch out over time, therefore... when the bra *especially a sports bra* begins to "break-in" and stretch out with wear, movement, washing, drying, abrasion, and well... generally bending and breathing.. it will continue to fit as it should, even if this means you need to move to the 2nd or 1st hooks to keep it fitting snug to your ribcage. But... to each their own. Anyway, this bra fits that way which is AWESOME! If you're buying your bras how you should be and wearing the "right" size to begin with (as many women do not) it will be tight at first... but wear it around and it will conform to your body with time, I promise. In the long (distance) run, it's worth it! My only complaint is that I would prefer the front to not have a princess seam (like the same style but in the D/DD sizes, for example) This would allow the bra to be more versatile and lay better (flatter) under tight fitness apparel. Also it would give your bust a slightly more "rounded" look. But all and all, I can't complain. I may try to order the a 32 or 34 in the D cup style and see if this fits me as well... sometimes I can go either way (32/34/C/D) and each size gives me a different "look". The D cup style appears to offer a little more fabric and coverage, and would be better for layering vs. wearing alone. This 32 C gives me some cleavage, which I personally like. The padding is minimal, more like a lining cup, actually, which is nice... because I have piercings that elicit attention sometimes.. which I don't always like to advertise to the lovely people on the streets of NY. This nicely keeps things, covered and concealed without adding bulk to my bust. Another nice feature is the glue-dot like grips on the inside of the elastic band (the part that touches your skin). I'm not sure they really "do anything" so to speak... but I'm hoping once I start sweating they will reduce chafing and keep the bra in place. Hope this helps. ... read more

Ultimate Tee Inconsistent sizing
March 25 2015

I've bought several Ultimate and Clima Ultimate T shirts over the past several years. The Size Large Ultimate T shirts produced a few years ago fit perfectly. All of the Clima Ultimate T shirts in size Large, while long enough, are tight across my shoulders and chest. Although finding that mildly annoying, I kept the Clima Ultimate T shirts while attributing the difference in fit to their being a slightly different style from the Ultimate T shirts. Ultimate T shirts I bought a few months ago fit well, however, those I purchased just a few weeks ago run small like the Clima Ultimate shirts. Why is there such inconsistency in the sizing of these shirts? ... read more

Response 7-Inch Shorts GREAT SHORTS NEED POCKETS
June 11 2014

These shorts are comfortable and have the added benefit of coming with a liner. The one thing they need is side pockets; a single zip pocket isn't enough when you have to stop at the store on the way to or from a run. ... read more

Squadra 13 Shorts Solid Purchase
May 29 2014

I had to return the large I bought, since it was tight, but the XL fits great. Keep in mind I'm usually a large size, so if you're worried about anything fitting too trim, don't hesitate to order one size up. Also, the waist band is larger than I'm used to, which was only an issue when the waist ran too small. Now with my XL pair, they fit great, are a proper, regular length and bagginess (not too large like an XL underarmor would be). This really is how the Large size should be cut. If they had side pockets I'd buy more of them. ... read more

Energy Bra A, B, and C Cup Band + Cup Size - Off Sizing
March 20 2014

I wear a 34D or 32DD in other bras...imagine my surprise when after trying on multiple sizes I found the best fit in this bra to be a 36B! In addition to being supportive this bra is very good looking. In fact, I've started wearing it in the pool for swimming lessons with my kids. There is no cleavage/spillage/risk of showing too much - yet, I still look supported and sporty. I also wear this bra when exercising...I am a personal trainer and fitness instructor. My workouts are intense and high impact...this bra can withstand it all. PLEASE make it in more colors!! ... read more

Squadra 13 Shorts a woman in mens shorts!
July 26 2013

Love the Squadra shorts for their fit and comfort (few seams and wicking!), but I had to skip the womens version to get a longer inseam. (A Mens size Medium fits about the same as a Womens size Large.) I don't play soccer anymore (retired from 13 years of indoor!), but I love these shorts for fitness classes and running. They never disappoint! ... read more

Performer Mid-Rise Three-Quarter Tights As a runner, I love love love these capris.
January 29 2015

I have been tried many pants for running and for working out in general but I love these pants. My belly size goes up and down throughout the year but most usually I have a little something extra. The large waistband on these pants gives me the room I need and I love the soft material. I bought gray but am definitely ordering two more in black. More workout/running pants should be made with the wider waistband. Trust me. If you have a little bit of a belly, you'll love these pants. ... read more

Energy Bra A, B, and C Cup Energy bra gives great support
July 14 2014

I found the bra hard to get on as the clasp in the back is hard to do by yourself once the bra is on. I kept the clasp secured & put the bra on that way. Was harder to adjust, but once the straps were loosened a little, the bra was a great fit. ... read more

Striker 13 Shorts Basic soccer short that works well
September 07 2014

I got these to diversify my soccer attire (already have several of the other styles). These and the squadras are my favorite. Sometimes I have a little bit of an issue with riding up on inner thigh, but I have large thighs relative to my proportions (5'7", 160lbs, 30-31 waist, small in these). ... read more

Squadra 13 Shorts Amazing shorts.
June 04 2015

These shorts are absolutely amazing when on the pitch. Played a game in nearly 90°+ and they held true and kept me cool. They do run a little small, as in above the knee but non the less have plenty of room for fluid motion. If you have an issue with tight fitting shorts with your regular size, (e.g I'm 5,10 and M and they are a bit snug without adjusting the waistband) go ahead and order a size up. Hope this review was helpful. ... read more

Sport Essentials Pants Ok but not for those with long torsos
May 08 2015

I bought these primarily because I wanted some capris with pockets to use for tennis as the UK spring weather is still too cold for skorts and/or dresses; and it's handy being able to store balls in the pockets. I find with all sportswear trousers that they tend to be tight and draw attention to the groin area but these are particuarly mean on the rise (the difference between the outseam and inseam). I ordered both s and m as I'm a 10-12 and decided to keep the s as I have two pairs from a few years ago and I notice that the material eases up and my older medium pairs feel like knickersbockers around the thighs. If you have a slightly longer torso than average, I would not recommend these as I think they will be uncomfortable and will end up with a permanent wedgie when wearing these. ... read more

Core 15 Training Pants zip-close pockets
May 08 2015

Ordered based on the description which says "zip-close pockets". I'm not sure what that mean, but I expected to have zippers on the pockets. Apparently there is no zipper... . I use those pants for running or working out and would like to have my pockets secured. Besides that... The material, fit and length are great. A pocket zipper would make it a 10. ... read more
