I have bought a few pairs of these shoes (black/white and black/solar slime). I think they are the best looking barricades ever made. As is the tradition with all barricade shoes, they are like a tank. They take a beating and still stand up straight; tough outsole, probably the best. There is a lot of room in forefoot area (I have narrow feet) and they are comfortable enough.
Here is the only con. I find these shoes not as flexible and comfortable as barricade 7. They are a bit on the stiff side (even after wearing them for a few months).
And for those who are curious, these shoes are not micoach compatible.

The shoes really fits my feet, I don't think it needs the break-in time. However, it may leave an issue of being loosen after playing a couple of matches
No comments on the durability since I play tennis twice a week, but it could not be a problem because I have owned other pairs of Adidas shoes without any issues of durability.
All in all, the classic model is classic.

I never wore the original 5s but i heard lots of good things about them. I ordered these and to my disappointment, they didn't fit well. Too much heel slip and too long at the toe box. If I went a size smaller, the shoe would have been too narrow. Overall poor remake.

This shoe secures your feet 100% and enables you to move with confidence. It is built as an outer shell to protect your feet. Starting and stopping are excellently provided for with grip that makes you retrieve anything particularly on hardcourts.
