Synchronized Training

I have to love everything in my work out. If I don’t love it, I’m going to change it.
Meet identical twins and Brazilian synchronized swimmers, Bia and Branca Feres. Known for winning bronze in the 2007 Pan-Am Games, they’ve since parlayed their success in the pool with an acting and modeling career, appearing in magazines and ads throughout the world.

Despite their hectic schedule, they always find time to train. “We workout six days a week, usually 5-8 hours, it depends.” The key to their consistency seems to be their approach. “I have to love everything in my work out. If I don’t love it, I’m going to change it. You can’t just go and lift some weights. That’s so boring. You have to go for a swim, or a dance, it can be lifting weights or a spinning class. You just have to love it and have fun. That’s the most important.”
