Time to Wrap Up!
The White Space Project was a great success, not to mention a lot of fun. Who knew of the boundless talent we’d come across?
In case you’re not familiar, White Space Project was set up by adidas Originals as a place where girls could come to express their creative side. And not just your typical artistic endeavours such as painting and illustration, but also fashion, cooking, music, whatever!
We loved every part of the project, but there were some definite highlights. The intricate and detailed fashion in mini doll size by artist BUBUJOJO in Taiwan; customised threads and kicks in New York; multi-disciplinary displays of talent displayed in Brazil; and inspirational entrepreneurial workshops in both Italy and Norway.
Don't worry, the fun’s not over! adidas Originals is continuing to support creative expression, and this time the boys are invited, too. There are some exciting things in the pipeline, but in the meantime, we’d love to see your work – Originals related or not. Just tag your creation with #adidasOriginals and/or #represent on Tumblr, Twitter or Instagram and we’ll post our favourites.
