Mike Buss is from Brighton and he is a 5km/10km runner who represented his club and university at National Level and he was an England International Cross Country Runner who has also coached junior international athletes. With a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, from the University of Bath, he is very qualified in issueing expert advice to runners of all levels.
