  • DESIGNER: "At 6’11” and 265lbs, Dwight is an absolute Beast. So the trick was to keep the shoe light but make it strong enough at the same time. That’s why we used the double stack heel counter."
    DESIGNER: "We used basketball-specific SPRINTSKIN for a lightweight shell, enhancing his super vertical, and PORON foam under the sockliner."
    DESIGNER: "The Cilia traction surface grips in two directions and has two heights, so even when one wears down you still have traction."
    DESIGNER: "The all-black finish was Dwight’s personal preference for style. He wanted a sleek looking shoe, so preferred black to white for the sole."
    DESIGNER: "The ‘hey world’ motto on the heel comes straight from Dwight’s own Twitter account. Together with the ‘outerspace’ texture on the heel, reflecting his Super Hero image, it gives the shoe plenty of ‘Beastness’."
    DESIGNER: "Dwight loved the little details, like the stitched signature. He is into his fashion, so we made the shoe good for off-court wear as well as on-court."
