Rene is one of the all-time greats of marathon downhill mountain biking, but he refuses to be called a pro. When he is not winning contests all over the world, he is back in his native Switzerland working on his carpenter’s workbench or milking cows in his parents’ cow shed.
Aside from the contest scene, Wildhaber is also known for his legendary sequences in the Kranked movie collection, and continues to inspire riders around the world with his infectious style and stamina.
